WOMB TANG IS A COMMUNITY
Womb Tang is a community. We strive to empower and showcase women in the industry. Here are a few ways we found to give back to this community <3
For Bow Valley locals who ski and ride : Rocky Mountain Adaptive has a volunteering program as well as paid roles. They have summer and winter programs available.

"I aim to work within my communities of BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Colour) and Allies to create a safe and inviting community and challenging the “norm”. Working to showcase and bring diversity in a variety of outdoor activities. Representation matters and I’m here to break common stereotypes."

"Founder Myia Antone saw the gap in the outdoor industry where BIPOC Indigenous peoples (especially Indigenous women and youth) face more barriers to getting into the outdoors. Indigenous women outdoors is one way to help the more vulnerable access the natural world and begin their healing journey back to the land."
"We advocate for inclusive representation in outdoor spaces, working with brand partners, businesses, and organizations to break barriers and create accessibility. We subsidize outdoor adventures, create diverse content, and are actively working with our allies to create the change we want to see in the world."
"IncluSKIvity is a platform that shares the joyous, triumphant, trying, and hilarious experiences of those you don't traditionally hear from in snow sport coverage."
